Royal Oak Industries plays a vital role in the design and production of machined components; assemblies and products that are crucial to manufacturers of diesel and gas engines; diesel fuel systems; power generation; defense systems; oil and gas extraction products; turbochargers; drive line products; performance automotive aftermarket products; and medical devices.
In 1981, Pat Carroll founded Royal Oak Industries with the acquisition of Royal Oak Boring, originally a CNC (computer numeric controlled) job shop based in Royal Oak, Mich. Since then, we have provided a variety of industries with machined components that range from miniature parts to structures weighing thousands of pounds, along with design and prototype support and complex assemblies. This recognized expertise has led a key OEM customer to contract ROI to provide complete operations management for two of their critical facilities.
Over nearly three decades, Royal Oak Industries has grown from a specialized machining job shop into a large machining, complex assembly and finished product supplier for global manufacturers. Though we’ve expanded far beyond our Royal Oak roots, the same values and entrepreneurial spirit that made our family-owned company a success remain vibrant at our core and are evident at every level of our organization. It’s not our technical expertise alone, but the responsiveness and enthusiasm in servicing our customers that make us a world-class company.
